Resources to Calm your Nervous System

After we experience trauma (i.e. sexual violence), our nervous system remains prepared for danger.

Understanding when we are in fight, flight, or freeze and inside our window of tolerance helps us understand when we need to reassure our bodies and brains that we are safe.
