- During office hours, there is someone available to take your counselling requests by phone (1-888-368-8055) and text (902-368-8055). Setting up a counselling appointment can be an important act of self-care in the immediate aftermath of a sexual assault.

- Mental health walk-in clinics offer immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress and other mental health issues. Check website for office hours.
- Souris, Montague, Charlottetown, Summerside, O’Leary, and Alberton
- Mobile Mental Health Response Service
- Mobile Mental Health Response Service is for the assessment, treatment and connection to ongoing mental health care during a time of crisis. The team of trained health care professionals provides in-person care when situations require more than phone-based support.
